Release focus: Major Feature enhancements
Changes:
This release adds the time fields to capture the time the ticket was entered/opened and the time it was closed to give
a better picture to the Manager/Supervisor of how much time was spent on each ticket. This release also adds to the
look of the overall system including the report.

Simple Support Ticketing System (SSTS) -
Simple Support Ticketing System is a web-based ticketing system. It is primarily focused towards small and medium size
companies. It is distinguished by the fact that it does not require manual authentication for users to submit tickets.
Instead, it tracks the IP address of the user who is submitting a ticket.This ticket system has the basic functionality
without all the complexity. This sytem will help users esp. IT desktop support people to help their users/clients with
solving problems effectively.
